ji777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ji777 website at ji777.pw, downloading the ji777 app, registering an account or placing a wager on any game or sporting event through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ji777. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ji777 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on ji777 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ji777 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or commercial accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. False information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registering a duplicate account. If you already hold a ji777 account, you are not permitted to create another one.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location and under circumstances that do not violate any applicable local laws or regulations relevant to your personal situation.

ji777 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and payment method ownership at any stage. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or a screenshot confirming ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits.

3. Account Rules

Your ji777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. ji777 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• If you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ji777 support immediately.
• ji777 is not liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where the access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Each player is limited to one active account. If a second account is discovered it may be closed without notice and any balance within it may be forfeited.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. ji777 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any action is taken. Any balance in a dormant account remains accessible to the account holder upon re-verification.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ji777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer as deposit methods. Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made from a payment method that does not match your verified identity may be suspended pending investigation.
• ji777 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside ji777's control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact ji777 support with your transaction reference number.
• ji777 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or payment methods from third parties.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Supported withdrawal methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. These are published in the withdrawal section of the platform.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same day. Raast transfers are also processed quickly for supported banks. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within one business day.
• ji777 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent.
• If your account has an active bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated. You may choose to forfeit an active bonus in order to withdraw — this option is available in your account settings.
• ji777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard security procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held if ji777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred. In such cases, ji777 will notify you and provide the opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ji777 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free game credits, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The specific requirement (for example, 20x or 30x the bonus amount) is stated on each promotion page. If no specific requirement is stated, the default wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be cancelled.
• ji777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, the bonus amount will be removed from your balance but any real-money funds deposited alongside it will not be affected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools, or placing offsetting bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

ji777 offers sports betting across cricket, football, Esports and other markets, as well as casino games including slots, live casino and instant-win titles. The following rules apply across all wagering activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after confirmation unless ji777 determines that a technical error resulted in an incorrect bet being placed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or a sports event, ji777 will resolve the affected wager in accordance with the applicable game provider rules or sports data provider results. If no clear resolution is possible, the stake will be returned.
• Cricket betting, including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other fixtures, is subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• ji777 does not accept bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, regardless of whether the market was technically still open at the time. Any such bets identified will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These are published in the betting section and may vary by sport and market type.
• ji777 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting markets at any time for operational or integrity reasons. This includes restricting the stake size or maximum win for any individual player if unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. ji777 does not control or influence game outcomes and the results are determined entirely by the RNG system of the relevant game provider.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ji777. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. ji777 reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances where a serious violation is confirmed.

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets, play games or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be removed from your balance.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or at any other stage of the account process.
• Attempting to circumvent any deposit, withdrawal or wagering limit through account manipulation or by coordinating with other players.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward ji777 staff or other players.

9. Privacy & Data

ji777 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform, verify accounts, process payments and comply with applicable obligations. • By registering on ji777 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• ji777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment information is handled through the relevant payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank) and is not stored in full by ji777.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting ji777 support. Note that certain data may need to be retained for legal and security purposes even after an account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

ji777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. 11. Account Termination

Either you or ji777 may close your account at any time.

• If you wish to close your account, contact ji777 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.
• ji777 may suspend or close your account without prior notice if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or any prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money deposits are generally returned unless they are directly implicated in a fraud investigation.
• Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be reopened before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of the player's request to the contrary.

12. Limitation of Liability

ji777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While ji777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, there may be periods of downtime for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside ji777's control.

• ji777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim.
